Screen printing is a process where you press a plastisol ink through a mesh stencil. The printed item is then ran through a large heater where the ink is baked dry and permanent. This is the same way most novelty tees are done.
It yields crisp images and text as well as the ability to print on light or dark colored apparel. This technique of personalization gives apparel a professional look as well as has a better longevity than heat transfer.
